To fully understand and master new version standards and requirements of ISO90012015 quality management system, ISO14001:2015 environmental management system and develop certification standards jobs about 2015 version system standards, Vicot Solar Technology Co., Ltd organized business training about 2015 version of quality and environmental management system from February 7 to 9, 2017. The company s core leadership and department heads related to management system, total 78 people, took part in the training.

We have specially invited Zhang Qiansheng, senior auditor from Beijing Zhongrunxing Certification Co., Ltd. to give us a detailed explanation on 2015 version of quality and environmental management system, including management principles, chapter structure content, terms and requirements, terms and definitions of ISO management system; common framework of ISO management system standards as well as compatibility and integration among standards; requirements and understanding points of ISO9001: 2015 standard and ISO14001: 2015 standard; conversion requirements of standards; file planning in the process of version changes; main audit skills related to internal audit, etc. Mr. Zhang fully communicated with us on new version of standard landing and other difficult issues through classroom discussion, cases analysis combined with the actual situation of our company, effectively solving various problems encountered in the process which quality and environmental management system successfully transit to the new versions.

Combined with our strategic planning of deepening operation and management in 2017, the company leaders put forward that quality and environmental management work should be combined with practical work to truly blend quality and environmental management standards requirements in company operation, further improve the working process and finish establishment of quality and environmental system well. The business management department was required to closely organize and supervise all functional centers/ business divisions to combine requirements of quality and environmental management standards with actual work, and complete establishment and certification of quality and environmental management systems as soon as possible.
