We extend warm congratulations that the solar air conditioner of Shandong Vicot Air Conditioning Co., Ltd has been appraised smoothly by the expert product appraisal organized by Science and Technology Department of Shandong Province and Shandong Economization and Informationization Committee.

On August 28th, 2010, the solar air conditioning appraisal conference of Shandong Vicot Air Conditioning Co., Ltd was held in the conference room on the third floor of Miramar Hotel in Dezhou city. The conference was chaired by Science and Technology Department of Shandong Province. The product appraisal expert committee comprises magnates in solar industry, experts and professors from China Refrigerant and Air Conditioning Industry. Chairman and general manager Mr. Li Wen, Deputy Chief Ms Liu Jing, director of solar project Zhang Fengxue and some other members attended the meeting.

At the conference, the appraisal committee first listened to the appraisal report of a project group, which introducing the structure, performance and operating principle of the product in details, as well as production process and indicators with proprietary intellectual property,etc.

Then, the appraisal experts made specific comments and suggestions on the project respectively and carried on targeted exchanges with members of the project group.

Finally, the appraisal experts reached a consensus that this achievement passed the appraisal of Science and Technology Department of Shandong Province and Shandong Economization and Informationization Committee and evaluated that “The research of this project has obvious innovativeness and remarkable energy-saving and environment-friendly benefits, having reached advanced international standards.” The experts also suggested that Vicot should improve mass-production process as soon as possible and realize launching bulk products at an early date, making contribution to energy-saving and environment-friendly cause of our country.

That the product passes the appraisal conforms to the national current environmental protection policy and international energy-saving tendency, completely changing the situation that central air conditioners mainly rely on electrical energy and opening up new space for development of central air conditioning industry. In addition, implementation of the project will be beneficial for Shandong Vicot Air Conditioning Co., Ltd to promote improving levels of technology, production and equipment, better meeting demands of domestic and foreign markets for solar central air conditioning products.
